If you do the same workout over and over, the body adapts to it. The plan works if you follow it. Increasing your RPMs revolutions per minute; some machines may use SPM, or strides per minute ups the intensity, but too much speed can get you into trouble. There are a couple of them that I have tried several times and I think they're worthless. And once you stop eating the food which over a period of time is a lot of money, you tend to gain the weight back. It's convenient since everything is pre-planned for me. I show up for the weekly visits with my dedicated personal consultant and we weigh in and we talk about the week, the challenges, obstacles, things I can do, and plan for the week ahead, and then I grab my food.
I find that I want to eat only very small portions. The only thing that has been difficult is getting used to my new appetite.
I've been throwing out a lot of my food because I physically feel like I cannot eat that much, and if I do eat too much then I don't feel so good. However, I'm learning to keep all my meals small and frequent (just like I should have been doing all along!).
